Summer days means sticky hands from melting popsicles! Try my Peaches and Cream or Cherry Pineapple spins. Want an ultra-healthy twist? Whip up a batch of my Superfood Ice Pops, which feature berries, flaxseed, matcha and even kale. (Promise you can’t taste the kale 🤫)  For an adult boozy spin, I recommend these Salted Caramel Pop-tails or my Sangria Pops. And to stop “pop drip,” use a paper cupcake liner to catch drippy trickles from melting pops. Simply poke a small hole into the center of the bottom and slide it up the popsicle stick.
