Store-bought ice pops are often loaded with added sugar. Make a healthier version yourself right at home instead using this simple recipe. It features three fiber-rich and naturally sweet fruits that combine to create a flavorful, frozen treat for only 40 calories and no added sugar.

This recipe makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup sweet, pitted fresh or frozen cherries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
Preparation:

If you’re using frozen fruit, let it thaw.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour ½ cup of the mixture into 4 ice pop molds, and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
