Cherry-Pineapple Pops

Store-bought ice pops are often loaded with added sugar. Make a healthier version yourself right at home instead using this simple recipe.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup sweet pitted fresh or frozen cherries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries

Instructions
 

  • If you’re using frozen fruit, let it thaw.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour ½ cup of the mixture into 4 ice pop molds, and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
