These 3-ingredient pops are the perfect beat-the-heat treat. They’re easy to make and refreshingly fun to devour. If you prefer sweeter pops, feel free to add 1 tablespoon maple syrup to your food processor along with the peaches and LaCroix and/or the yogurt mixture— you are the boss of your pop! Trust me, these chilled goodies will have a peach of your heart. 🙂

This recipe makes about 14 popsicles
  • • 2 ½ cups frozen peach slices
  • • 1 can LaCroix Peach-Pear, divided
  • • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, divided (optional)
  • • 2 ½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt

Purée frozen peach slices and ½ can LaCroix until smooth. Taste and add maple syrup if desired and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and the remaining LaCroix. Taste and add maple syrup if desired.

To make popsicles, layer 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, followed by 2 teaspoons of the peach purée.
Once all the molds are filled, gently tap on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Insert the popsicle sticks, and then freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Nutrition provided per popsicle without maple syrup.
