If you prefer sweeter pops, feel free to add 1 tablespoon maple syrup to your food processor along with the peaches and LaCroix and/or the yogurt mixture— you are the boss of your pop! Trust me, these chilled goodies will have a peach of your heart. 🙂

Peaches and Cream Popsicles

These 3-ingredient pops are the perfect beat-the-heat treat. They’re easy to make and refreshingly fun to devour.
Servings: 14 popsicles
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 6 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 ½ cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 can LaCroix Peach-Pear, divided
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, divided (optional)
  • 2 ½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Purée frozen peach slices and ½ can LaCroix until smooth. Taste and add maple syrup if desired and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and the remaining LaCroix. Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
  • To make popsicles, layer 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, followed by 2 teaspoons of the peach purée.
  • Once all the molds are filled, gently tap on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Insert the popsicle sticks, and then freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
