Summer vibes: One-in-a-melon treats

Watermelon Dessert Pizza

In this recipe, I use a thick watermelon round as my base, or “crust,” and layer it with a spread of yogurt and loads of tasty toppings, from berries and mint to nuts and chocolate chips. Then I cut the round into triangular slices to mimic a pizza pie. Serve this creation any time of day—breakfast, lunch, snack, or enjoy for dessert. And feel free to personalize the toppings to your tastes or you can use whatever you have on hand in your fridge or kitchen. Watermelon pizza for the win!
