• 1 pound green beans (35 to 40 green beans)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 20 slices turkey bacon, cut in half
Heat oven to 400˚. Coat a baking sheet with oil spray.
Lay green beans out on baking sheet, mist with oil spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Create bundles by wrapping ½ slice bacon around 3 green beans. Place the ends of the bacon underneath so they don’t unravel. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
A serving is 1 bacon-wrapped bundle.
