What’s not to love about this simple smoothie? I mean, chocolate and peanut butter together in just five minutes and for less than 200 calories. It’s good to the last slurp!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ripe banana, preferably frozen
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter or 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
