I’ve always been obsessed with Greek yogurt—it’s truly one of my all-time favorite foods. It’s rich and creamy, and so incredibly versatile. I use it in everything from smoothies to salad dressings to dessert puddings… but lately, I’ve been loving it as a base for dips. Greek Yogurt Dip Cups (Two Ways!)

Turn plain Greek yogurt into a sweet or savory single-serve dip—made right in the cup with just a few simple mix-ins!

Ingredients
 

Creamy Lemon-Dill Dip (Savory)

  • 1 (5- to 6-ounce) single-serve container plain nonfat Greek Yogurt, or 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest, optional for extra zing
  • Pinch salt and black pepper

Vanilla-Cinnamon Yogurt Dip (Sweet)

  • 1 (5- to 6-ounce) single-serve container plain nonfat Greek Yogurt, or 2% Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice , adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together right in the container until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust lemon juice, dill, and seasoning (savory) as desired, or adjust sweetness or spice level (sweet) to your liking. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. If it’s been sitting in the fridge, give it a good stir before serving!

Notes

Make it vegan: Use a plant-based Greek-style yogurt and maple syrup or agave for sweetener.
Mix-ins & add-ons: Add minced garlic to the savory dip for extra flavor or stir in a spoonful of peanut butter to the sweet version for a dessert-like treat.
