Ingredients
Creamy Lemon-Dill Dip (Savory)
1(5- to 6-ounce) single-serve container plain nonfat Greek Yogurt, or 2% Greek yogurt
1 to 2teaspoonsfresh lemon juice, to taste
1tablespoonchopped fresh dill
½teaspoonlemon zest, optional for extra zing
Pinchsalt and black pepper
Vanilla-Cinnamon Yogurt Dip (Sweet)
1(5- to 6-ounce) single-serve container plain nonfat Greek Yogurt, or 2% Greek yogurt
½teaspoonvanilla extract
½teaspoonground cinnamon
1 to 2teaspoonsmaple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice , adjust to taste
Instructions
Mix everything together right in the container until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust lemon juice, dill, and seasoning (savory) as desired, or adjust sweetness or spice level (sweet) to your liking. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. If it’s been sitting in the fridge, give it a good stir before serving!
