Everyone loves Ranch Dressing, a creamy, zesty topping that works well on just about any food you can think of, from salads to chicken dishes, and even pizza.

Plus, this homemade version is super light (only 8 calories per tablespoon), and much lower in fat and sodium than store-bought brands. It’s thick and rich, so it works as both a salad topper and a yummy dip for veggies. For a thinner, pourable dressing, just add more buttermilk.
