I often go Greek when it comes to dips. That’s because this type of yogurt is creamy, flavor-neutral, packed with satiating protein, and low in calories.

It’s one of my favorite slimming swaps in the kitchen and it works perfectly in this dish. Couple it with crumbled blue cheese, garlic and onion powder, and you’ve got the makings of a delicious bleu cheese dip, which just happens to taste amazing with my Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings.”

Bleu Cheese Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 6 ounces nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until velvety smooth.
