This recipe makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:
  • • ½ cup low-fat or nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
  • • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • • 1 tablespoon milk (skim, soy, almond, or any other preferred milk)  
  • • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill or ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • • 3 to 4 tablespoons hot sauce (or more to taste) 
Preparation:

In a medium bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients. Set aside.

Serving size: 1 tablespoon
