Bacon-Ranch Dressing

Everything’s better with bacon, including this creamy and flavorful Ranch dressing! Bonus: this lightened up version is a measly 25 calories per 2 tablespoons… so feel free to use a generous amount to dress up your favorite mixed greens.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt or light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 scallion, green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 to 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and finely diced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine.
