When life hands you lemons, why not start a lemonade stand?!

Flashback to when I was a kid, I remember adding spoonfuls of sugary premade mix to a large pitcher, then running out front to set up a table on the sidewalk. My siblings and I would make a big sign to attract customers and then hope passing cars would stop to buy our 25-cent cups. The ultimate goal: Save up enough to buy a treat from the ice cream man later that evening. Money well spent, haha!

Oh boy, times have changed and so have my lemonade creations (ahem!). The following collection represents my modern-day love for the classic…with a deliciously healthy spin. Enjoy!

Sipping Sunshine: Pink Grapefruit Lemonade

Pink Grapefruit Lemonade

Plain old yellow lemonade is just so…well, plain. Kick the classic up a notch or two by adding in one of my all-time favorite LaCroix flavors, Pamplemousse. In an instant, you’ve transformed the standard sip into a pretty pinkish hue that boasts tangy pink grapefruit flavor with bubbly effervescence thanks to the sparkling water. Garnish with a few slices of pink grapefruit, and this might become the best lemonade on the block!

Sipping Sunshine: Frozen Peach Lemonade

Frozen Peach Lemonade

The ultimate cure for a hot and sticky summer day: A frozen lemonade! I make a scrumptious peach version that calls for just four ingredients—frozen peaches, lemon juice, lemon sparkling water and honey—and takes only about 30 seconds. Toss, blend and sip your way to cool satisfaction. You can also try my strawberry spin.

Sipping Sunshine: Creamy Lemonade Pops

Creamy Lemonade Pops

I remember as a kid using my mom’s ice pop molds to make all sort of tasty creations, pouring in whatever juices or liquids we had in the fridge—orange juice, apple juice, fruit punch, lemonade…sometimes experimenting by mixing them in different ratios. Well, I’m still at it—and this updated version blends lemonade with protein-rich Greek yogurt and citrusy zest. The result: a lemony pop with surprising hints of creaminess. It’s super satisfying and wonderfully refreshing. It’ll be love at first lick!
