Quench your thirst and beat the heat with these creamy lemonade ice pops. A delightful twist on the classic drink, these refreshing treats combine your favorite lemonade with protein-rich Greek yogurt and a touch of fresh lemon zest for an extra zing. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or manning a lemonade stand, they’re the perfect indulgence for a sizzling summer day.

Recipe notes:
• The nutrition information is based on using a standard lemonade with added sugar, and 2% Greek yogurt sweetened with stevia (no added sugar). If you can find a brand of lemonade with no added sugar, you can certainly use that.

• To make pouring the finished mixture into your ice pop molds easier, use a large bowl with a spout to blend your lemonade and yogurt. (Here’s one I like to use.) If you don’t have one, you can transfer the mixture to a measuring cup (in batches) to seamlessly pour it in!
