Creamy Lemonade Pops
Quench your thirst and beat the heat with these creamy lemonade ice pops.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, Use 2% or full-fat
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 4 cups lemonade, homemade or store-bought
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and zest together in a large bowl. Add lemonade and whisk until well combined.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours to overnight.
Notes
• The nutrition information is based on using a standard lemonade with added sugar, and 2% Greek yogurt sweetened with stevia (no added sugar). If you can find a brand of lemonade with no added sugar, you can certainly use that.
• To make pouring the finished mixture into your ice pop molds easier, use a large bowl with a spout to blend your lemonade and yogurt. (Here’s one I like to use.) If you don’t have one, you can transfer the mixture to a measuring cup (in batches) to seamlessly pour it in!
