Frozen Peach Lemonade
When life gives you lemons… add peaches and make it a slushy! This Frozen Peach Lemonade is sunshine with a straw—super bright and bursting with sweet-tart flavor. Thanks to frozen fruit, it blends up wonderfully thick and frosty… no ice cream machine or snow-cone contraption needed.

I love a cool-down treat that starts with real fruit. Peaches bring great flavor and fiber while fresh lemon juice adds a lively citrus kick. A splash of lemon-flavored sparkling water and just one tablespoon of honey smooths out the pucker perfectly.

I first whipped up this peach lemonade creation on one of those sweltering summer afternoons when an ordinary glass of lemonade simply wasn’t going to cut it. I spotted a bag of sliced peaches in the freezer, tossed them into the blender… and discovered that they could transform a classic thirst-quencher into something worth getting excited about. Now I keep frozen slices on standby all season long.
The only rule: Don’t get carried away with the blending. Stop as soon as everything looks thick and icy—overdoing it can turn your frozen lemonade into a thin juice. Once you hit the right texture… pour, garnish with a peach slice if you’re feeling fancy, and get sipping!

Hi joy! I don’t have sparkling water so would I use just cold water or what would you suggest?
Absolutely, Laurie! Regular chilled water will work just fine — you’ll lose a bit of the fun fizz and a touch of that lemony zing (from the natural flavor in the lemon sparkling water), but it’ll still be wonderfully refreshing and delicious. If you want to brighten up the citrus flavor, just add a small splash of lemonade or an extra dash of lemon juice to make up for it. Hoping you love this one! xx
