Mango Lemonade Sorbet
If you’re a sorbet enthusiast, this flavorful creation is just for you. Crafted with simplicity, this dairy-free delight combines the natural goodness of frozen mango chunks with zesty lemonade.

You can decide to either peel, cube and freeze fresh mango…or take an easier route by buying pre-frozen mango chunks at the grocery store (that’s what I typically do). I’m not sure which I love most: The ease of this two-ingredient recipe or the deliciousness of the end result. Team sorbet for the win!

Mango Lemonade Sorbet
Ingredients
- ½ to ¾ cup lemonade, store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
Instructions
- Pour ½ cup lemonade into blender or food processor. Add frozen mango chunks and blend until smooth. It will be very thick.
- If it’s too thick to purée, add more lemonade, being careful to add just a little bit at a time (1-2 tablespoons). The final mixture should resemble a thickened smoothie, with a velvety smooth texture.

Incredibly refreshing!!! Really hits the sweet spot!!
