This recipe makes 2 servings
- • 1 ripe banana
- • 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- • ½ cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
- • ½ cup low-fat milk
- • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
