This recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely mixed. (Add a bit more milk if mixture is too thick.) Divide between two glasses and serve.
