Mint-Chocolate Shamrock Shake
Everyone’s looking to slurp up something mint-chocolatey in March, a month when we’re all Irish! So I whipped up this goodie for St. Paddy’s Day. Sure, there are versions you can grab quickly at fast-food restaurants and coffee shops, but they’re loaded with sugar and calories. This spin is rich, thick and delicious, and features wholesome ingredients. In fact, this is a beneficial bevvy you can enjoy year-round.

Other benefits of this sweet sip: it’s non-dairy for those who must avoid cow’s milk. It takes just five ingredients and a few minutes to put together. The blended beverage is magically delicious without a drop of added sugar.
