Everyone’s looking to slurp up something mint-chocolatey in March, a month when we’re all Irish! So I whipped up this goodie for St. Paddy’s Day.

Ingredients
2ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
¼cupcocoa powder
½ to ¾cupalmond milk, or milk of choice
1drop mint extract, it’s very strong
½tspvanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes
Optional toppers:
Aerated whipped cream*, mint leaves, cocoa powder

*If you are dairy-free, leave out the whipped cream or try a dairy-free whipped topping.
Instructions
Break the frozen bananas into large pieces. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and frothy. Add a splash of extra milk if you have trouble blending. Pour into glasses and garnish with optional toppings.
