Step 1: Combine apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and the cornstarch–water slurry in a bowl.
Step 2: Heat 1 minute in the microwave, stir, then heat 1 more minute until thick and glossy.
Step 3: Spoon apples into shot glasses, add graham crumbs, and repeat.
Step 4: Finish with whipped topping and a pinch of cinnamon or graham cracker crumbs!

Apple Pie Shots

These mini dessert shooters deliver all the cozy apple pie vibes in a fun, no-bake treat layered with tender cinnamon-spiced apples and a crunchy graham “crust.”

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 1 apple, finely diced, skin on
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 cinnamon graham cracker squares, finely crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Mix chopped apple with brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in water until smooth and no lumps remain. Add the mixture to the bowl with chopped apples and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Microwave for one minute, remove bowl and mix well, then microwave for another minute. The mixture should now be thick and gooey.
  • Add a tablespoon of apple mixture to the bottom of each shot glass and sprinkle on crumbled graham cracker. Add another tablespoon of apple mixture followed by more graham cracker.
  • Garnish with an optional squirt of whipped topping and a dash of ground cinnamon.
