Apple Pie Shots
Ingredients
- 1 apple, finely diced, skin on
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 cinnamon graham cracker squares, finely crumbled
Instructions
- Mix chopped apple with brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in water until smooth and no lumps remain. Add the mixture to the bowl with chopped apples and mix until everything is well combined.
- Microwave for one minute, remove bowl and mix well, then microwave for another minute. The mixture should now be thick and gooey.
- Add a tablespoon of apple mixture to the bottom of each shot glass and sprinkle on crumbled graham cracker. Add another tablespoon of apple mixture followed by more graham cracker.
- Garnish with an optional squirt of whipped topping and a dash of ground cinnamon.

Absolutely delicious. I will make this again and serve it to company. I didn’t have cinnamon graham crackers so used regular. Added a little more cinnamon to apple mixture to compensate
Thanks for the recipe
Hi Gladys, So glad you loved it…sounds like you nailed the cinnamon swap! Great call on adding extra spice to balance the regular grahams. Thanks for sharing! — Eliza (Team Joy)
