These mini dessert shooters deliver all the cozy apple pie vibes in a fun, no-bake treat layered with tender cinnamon-spiced apples and a crunchy graham “crust.”

Ingredients
1apple, finely diced, skin on
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
2tablespoonswater
1tablespooncorn starch
1tablespoonfirmly packed brown sugar
3cinnamon graham cracker squares, finely crumbled
Instructions
Mix chopped apple with brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
In a separate small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in water until smooth and no lumps remain. Add the mixture to the bowl with chopped apples and mix until everything is well combined.
Microwave for one minute, remove bowl and mix well, then microwave for another minute. The mixture should now be thick and gooey.
Add a tablespoon of apple mixture to the bottom of each shot glass and sprinkle on crumbled graham cracker. Add another tablespoon of apple mixture followed by more graham cracker.
Garnish with an optional squirt of whipped topping and a dash of ground cinnamon.
