Tropical Mango-Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients
 

  • cups almond milk, low-fat cow’s milk or other preferred milk
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen mango chunks)
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime, about 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth and frothy.
