Love the flavors of the tropics? This smoothie combines juicy orange, tangy lime and sweet mango in one cool, refreshing glass. One sip and you’ll feel like you’re on a beach in the Caribbean. It’s like a vacation right in your backyard!

This recipe makes 2 servings
- 1½ cups almond milk, low-fat cow’s milk or other preferred milk
- 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen mango chunks)
- 1 medium orange, peeled and chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth and frothy.
