- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Combine asparagus spears with olive oil in a mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated. Spread the spears out on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with the salt. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
