Roasted Asparagus

This simple side takes no time to prepare but looks like an elegantly prepared dish that works perfectly aside fish, chicken, pork or any vegetarian main.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Combine asparagus spears with olive oil in a mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated. Spread the spears out on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with the salt. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
