If you love guacamole and you love queso, you must try this dip— it’s the best of both worlds in one bountiful bowl.

Just imagine creamy avocado and cheesy deliciousness in every single dip. I also like to add black beans, shredded Mexican cheese and cilantro on top for even more depth of flavor. Feel free to use any favorite guac and queso recipe (or simply buy a container of each from a local market). Here are a few of my recipes for inspo: Creamy GuacMayakoba Guacamole and 3-Ingredient Queso Dip for ease and scrumptiousness, but you can use any guacamole (like this one or your fave store-bought variety) and go-to queso.

Queso-Guacamole

If you love guacamole and you love queso, you must try this dip— it’s the best of both worlds in one bountiful bowl.
Servings: 2 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • ½ to 1 cup guacamole
  • cups queso
  • Optional toppings: Cilantro, black beans, salsa shredded cheese (Monterey jack, Mexican blend, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • To a medium serving bowl, add a big dollop of guacamole to the center and pour the queso around the guac in a circle. Garnish with optional toppings and serve with tortilla chips and crunchy veggies for dipping!
