Pumpkin Peanut Butter Board

It stars my savory Pumpkin Peanut Butter surrounded by all sorts of delicious dippers. Spread the love!

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup 100% canned pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Optional dippers: apple and pear slices and graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter with pumpkin puree in a bowl until well combined. Add maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and kosher salt and mix until slightly thickened and well blended. (Makes about 1¼ cups.)
  • Smooth spread over the center of a cutting board using a rubber spatula, flat knife or spoon, making decorative waves. Scatter sturdy slices of fruit (I love apple and pear slices), along with graham cracker squares around the perimeter.
