Ingredients
½cupsmooth peanut butter
½cup100% canned pumpkin puree
¼cupmaple syrup
½tsppumpkin pie spice
½tspkosher salt
Optional dippers: apple and pear slices and graham crackers
Instructions
Mix peanut butter with pumpkin puree in a bowl until well combined. Add maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and kosher salt and mix until slightly thickened and well blended. (Makes about 1¼ cups.)
Smooth spread over the center of a cutting board using a rubber spatula, flat knife or spoon, making decorative waves. Scatter sturdy slices of fruit (I love apple and pear slices), along with graham cracker squares around the perimeter.
