Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake
This single-serve dessert is a pumpkin lover’s dream come true. It’s rich, moist, and dense without being overly heavy. Its texture and consistency are similar to a dense-chewy brownie versus a light and fluffy cake (just want to make sure you know what to expect!).
Every bite feels substantial and satisfying, making it a perfect portion-controlled seasonal treat. The pumpkin imparts its autumn-like hue, a dose of nutrition…as well as a natural sweetness and moisture that ensures your mug cake remains decadently delicious. Best part: It comes together in a matter of minutes so you can whip it up whenever you’re in the mood. You can also use a ramekin if you’d like! You can enjoy it plain or finish it off with your favorite toppings such as whipped cream, a sprinkle of spices, toasted pecans…and even dark chocolate chips.
