This flavorful vinaigrette makes it easy to eat your greens. I personally love to drizzle it on sliced avocado and cucumber, but it’s just as delicious on a chopped salad with the works!

This recipe makes 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1½ teaspoon lemon zest ​
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to small bowl and whisk until everything is well combined
