Lemon Vinaigrette

This bright and zesty homemade citrus vinaigrette comes together in minutes with simple ingredients. It's light, fresh, and heart-healthy!

Ingredients
 

  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest ​
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, or more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, more to taste
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until everything is well combined. Season with additional salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
