Lemon-Chia Vinaigrette Dressing

This dressing is a snap to prepare and is loaded with both flavor and health perks. Use it to dress your greens and kick up the nutritional value of your bowl.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • teaspoon honey
  • teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except oil to a bowl and mix well.
  • Slowly drizzle oil into the bowl while whisking vigorously.
