These gems feature creamy banana slices topped with berry-flavored Greek yogurt and finished with a peanut butter drizzle before heading to the freezer. After a quick chill, they transform into frosty ice cream-like bites!

Frozen Yogurt Banana Bites
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced into ¼-inch wheels (~15 pieces)
- 2 tablespoons berry-flavored Greek yogurt, nonfat or 2% low-fat*
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, melted**
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and add banana slices. Add a spread of yogurt on top of each slice. Using a spoon, create zigzag drizzles with melty peanut butter over each banana bite.
- Stash in the freezer for at least 2 hours to freeze. Transfer to a freezer bag or container to free up space, and enjoy whenever you have a sweet craving!
