Introducing my Chocolate Strawberry Clusters! This no bake dessert showcases freshly sliced strawberries, perfectly coated in melted chocolate, and embellished with a sprinkle of coconut and a dash of salt.

Plus, they’re so easy to make! First, slice up those gorgeous strawberries and layer 3 slices into little clusters. Then comes the magic: spoon over melty chocolate and finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut (and a pinch of salt if you’re feeling fancy).


After a brief chill in the freezer, the chocolate transforms into a magic shell, creating a scrumptious handheld indulgence. Each bite delivers a decadent blend of snappy chocolate with a burst of juicy sweet strawberries… it’s a blissful combination!

Chocolate Strawberry Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, melted
- 5 to 10 large strawberries
- ¼ cup shredded coconut*
- Coarse salt, optional
Instructions
- Line a platter or baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cut off the strawberry stems and slice each berry from top to bottom (you’ll get about 4 to 5 slices per strawberry). Using three strawberry slices, create clusters.
- Dollop a tablespoon of melted chocolate in the center of each strawberry cluster. Sprinkle on shredded coconut and a light sprinkling of optional salt.
- Place the clusters in the freezer for at least 20 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Transfer into a storage bag and stash in the freezer for future treats!
