Chocolate Strawberry Clusters

Each bite delivers a decadent blend of snappy chocolate with a burst of juicy sweet strawberries… it’s a blissful combination!
Servings: 8 clusters
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 5 to 10 large strawberries
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut*
  • Coarse salt, optional

Instructions

  • Line a platter or baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cut off the strawberry stems and slice each berry from top to bottom (you’ll get about 4 to 5 slices per strawberry). Using three strawberry slices, create clusters.
  • Dollop a tablespoon of melted chocolate in the center of each strawberry cluster. Sprinkle on shredded coconut and a light sprinkling of optional salt.
  • Place the clusters in the freezer for at least 20 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Transfer into a storage bag and stash in the freezer for future treats!

Notes

*I use sweetened since there’s only a teaspoon on each cluster, but unsweetened works well too.
