Turkey wraps are one of those easy lunch wins… perfect for packing in a lunchbox, bringing to work, or whipping up when you need something fast and filling.

Two halves of a turkey wrap filled with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cream spread are on a white plate, accompanied by a small bowl of dipping sauce. There are sliced cucumbers and leafy greens in the background.

This California-inspired version takes the classic turkey sandwich and gives it a fresh, flavorful glow-up. I layer sliced turkey with Swiss cheese, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and a quick homemade ranch that comes together in minutes. Then it all gets rolled into a soft whole-grain wrap for a handheld lunch that’s super nourishing, and way more exciting than the same old sandwich!

And you can make it your own. Roll it in any preferred wrap (whole grain, gluten-free, etc), swap the ranch dressing for hummus, use your favorite cheese, or add extra veggies for more crunch.
