Caprese Caesar Wrap
This wrap gives you the best of two salad worlds—Caprese meets Caesar—bundled into one satisfying, hand-held meal!

When you want something quick, energizing, and downright fun to eat, a wrap is always the move. I love how it instantly turns your favorite salad into a grab-and-go meal—no fork required. Think of a whole-grain tortilla as a cozy blanket that tucks in all that goodness… and in this case, there’s plenty of goodness to go around!

Before you layer the ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, and plenty of fresh basil into your tortilla— spread a thin layer of my creamy Avocado Caesar, which ties everything together with a tangy, velvety finish. It’s the kind of dressing that quietly steals the spotlight… the “let me just add one more spoonful!” sort of situation. (True story: the first time I made it, Cole asked if he could store a jar in the fridge with his name on it.)
If this wrap has you craving more Caprese goodness (it always happens to me!), you’ll love my Open-Faced Caprese Omelet, Avocado Caprese Toast, and Avocado Caprese Salad—so simple and fresh. And for a fun twist on the classics, don’t miss the Peach Caprese Burger… it’s sweet, savory, and seriously delicious!!
