Where there’s wine, there’s a way. Welcome to your new favorite chocolate (vino-infused) dessert—a single-serve fudgy brownie made with just 3 ingredients in the microwave… in 60 seconds! Yup, it’s an R-rated party for adults only, no kids allowed.

Just imagine fudgy chocolate flavor coupled with the fruity complexities of wine—simply divine. Most importantly, I looove that this method allows you to make a single portion when a chocolate craving strikes…. without having the temptation of a leftover tray of brownies staring you in the face.
Unfortunately, this formula doesn’t work with gluten-free boxed brownie mixes. If I can figure out a way, I’ll update this page with instructions.

Boozy Brownies
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp boxed fudgy brownie mix
- 2 Tbsp 1 oz cabernet or another red wine
- 1 Tbsp semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mist the inside of a mug or ramekin with oil spray. Add in the brownie mix and wine and mix until well combined. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top (they’ll sink a bit). Microwave for 60 seconds. Allow it to slightly cook and dig in.
