Boozy Brownies
Welcome to your new favorite chocolate (vino-infused) dessert—a single-serve fudgy brownie made with just 3 ingredients in the microwave… in 60 seconds!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp boxed fudgy brownie mix
- 2 Tbsp 1 oz cabernet or another red wine
- 1 Tbsp semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mist the inside of a mug or ramekin with oil spray. Add in the brownie mix and wine and mix until well combined. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top (they’ll sink a bit). Microwave for 60 seconds. Allow it to slightly cook and dig in.
