Avocado Ranch Dip

You’ll love this Avocado Ranch Dip— it combines creamy, tangy ranch dressing with the subtle, earthy flavor of avocado making it pretty much perfect for, well… everything!

Ingredients
 

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise, or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Milk of choice*
  • Optional chopped scallion
  • Optional minced parsley
  • * If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time until you reach desired texture. Opt for almond or oat milk if dairy-free.

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the avocado, mayonnaise, spices, scallions and parsley, if desired, until well combined. Add a tablespoon of milk at a time to create a thinner texture, if desired.
