Ingredients
½avocado
2tablespoonslow-fat mayonnaise, or plain Greek yogurt
2tablespoonslow-fat buttermilk*
1tablespoonlemon juice
¾teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Optional chopped scallion
Optional minced parsley
*Start with 2 tbsp and add more, 1 tbsp at a time, until you reach desired consistency

In a small bowl, mix the avocado, mayonnaise, buttermilk spices, scallions and parsley, if desired, until well combined.
