Water you waiting for? Drink Up!
Joy answers this week’s Health or Hype: Does drinking two cups of water before meals help you maintain a healthy weight? She also shows us fun ways to jazz up plain old H20, like her Spa Sipper, Joyful Soda, and her zero-calorie Peach Raspberry Iced Tea recipes—ahhh refreshing and relaxing!  Then, Vivien covers how much water you should be drinking each day and who is most at risk for dehydration.

Joy shows us how to make a sweet and satisfying Chocolate Chip Banana Bread that’s loaded with good-for-you ingredients and actually cooks while you sleep (yes, you read that correctly).  Plus, her easy overnight recipe has a fraction of the calories and added sugar compared to traditional coffee shop versions, so you can feel good about digging in.

Ending the show on a Joyful Note, Vivien and Joy each share one simple tip to lift your spirits and brighten your day. Vivien encourages viewers to share one compliment or sincere appreciation with loved ones each time they come home.  Then Joy reminds us that we are all in control of our own health and happiness.
