Ingredients
 

  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¼ cup part skim ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup diced mango
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mash banana, then add ricotta and mix until well combined.
  • Top with mango, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately, or chill up to 4 hours.
