Watermelon Spritzer

This is the ideal summer sip—it stars of one of the season’s most beloved fruits: watermelon.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 cups watermelon cubes
  • ¼ cup lime juice, optional
  • 1 to 2 cans LaCroix Pastèque Sparkling Water

Instructions
 

  • Puree watermelon in blender for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes watermelon juice (you may need to do this in batches if your blender is small to medium in size). Add it to a large pitcher with an optional lime juice and LaCroix Pastèque Sparkling Water.
  • Stir well to combine everything and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. For a fun garnish, feel free to freeze cubes of watermelon (“watermelon ice cubes”) and plunk a few into each glass before serving.
