If you haven’t had the chance to try the pleasing pairing of watermelon and mint, now is the perfect time—it’s a partnership that screams summer. This chilly treat is fruity and crisp, while the flavor is refreshingly sweet (to intensify the sweetness, add a touch of honey). I especially love how simple it is to whip up for an afternoon break, but also special enough to serve for company.

This recipe makes 2 servings

• 3 to 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks
• 1 can (12 ounces) LaCroix Pastèque Sparkling Water
• 4 mint leaves

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree for about 30 to 60 seconds, until the mixture has an icy, slushy-like consistency. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
