If you haven’t had the chance to try the pleasing pairing of watermelon and mint, now is the perfect time—it’s a partnership that screams summer. This chilly treat is fruity and crisp, while the flavor is refreshingly sweet (to intensify the sweetness, add a touch of honey). I especially love how simple it is to whip up for an afternoon break, but also special enough to serve for company.
