Watermelon Feta Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon cubes, approximately 1-inch cubes
- ½ ounce feta cheese, cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- Drizzle of balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Use a toothpick to skewer one watermelon cube, a small piece of feta cheese, and a mint leaf. Chill and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Repeat to make as many appetizers as needed.

Balsamic glaze??
Hi Laura! Yes, that’s balsamic glaze… it’s reduced balsamic vinegar that’s thicker, sweeter and tangier. They sell it in small bottles in the same section as the vinegar. You can also make your own. Hope that helps!
