This is my loaded veggie take on Hailey Bieber’s TikTok-famous pizza toast and it seriously hits the spot.
Ingredients
- 1 slice whole-grain toast
- 1 Tablespoon marinara sauce
- 3 to 4 tomato slices
- ½ cup sautéed vegetables of your choosing
- ¾ ounce mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Spread marinara on whole-grain toast and layer with sliced tomatoes, stautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese. Broil for a few minutes in oven until cheese gets melty. Top with extra marinara sauce.
Notes
To make this recipe gluten-free, use a gluten-free bread.
