Ingredients
1slicewhole-grain toast
1Tablespoonmarinara sauce
3 to 4tomato slices
½cupsautéed vegetables of your choosing
¾ouncemozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Spread marinara on whole-grain toast and layer with sliced tomatoes, stautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese. Broil for a few minutes in oven until cheese gets melty. Top with extra marinara sauce.
