Strawberry Ghost Kebabs
Who’s ready for a spook-tacular treat? This one is a triple threat: They’re ready in a snap, they’re fun to eat and they’re ideal for a Halloween party or festive fall snack.

You can swap in other fruits, like grapes, apple or pear chunks, and when the summer hits, feel free to use watermelon, honeydew, or cantaloupe—really anything goes. If it can be skewered, it’s fair game. I designed this recipe for just one kebab, but of course, it’s easy enough to scale up if you have a crowd.

Strawberry Ghost Kebabs
Ingredients
- 4 strawberries
- 3 marshmallows
- 9 mini dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Thread strawberries and marshmallows onto a skewer in an alternating pattern starting with a strawberry.
- Poke three holes in each marshmallow using the tip of another skewer to create a space for 2 eyes and a mouth. Place the chocolate chips into the holes and press down to secure.

I made these for my kids for Halloween and they loved them! So much healthier than candy!
Hi. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and we’re so glad the kids enjoyed the Strawberry Ghost Kebabs over the Halloween candy! That’s a big win!
