Spa water gets a mouthwatering upgrade in this easy recipe. Lemon juice combines with mint oil to add a brightness and fresh flavor that will excite your taste buds. Then, give it a fizzy finish with refreshing Lacroix Limoncello Sparkling Water. I love to fancy up my glass with ribbons of cucumber, but you can easily use slices if you prefer. Prepare to sip, savor and say spa-ahhh like never before!

This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • • 2 to 4 thin lemon slices
  • • 2 to 3 thin cucumber slices or ribbons*
  • • Mint leaves
  • • 1 can (12 ounces) LaCroix Limoncello Sparkling Water, chilled
  • • Mint for optional garnish

*I use an English cucumber.

Preparation:

Place a few lemon and cucumber slices, together with mint at bottom of a large drinking glass. Muddle by gently twisting ~20 seconds to release essential oils and juices. Pour chilled Limoncello on top and add optional ice. Garnish with additional mint, sliced lemon and cucumbers.
