Sparkling Limoncello Spa Water

Spa water gets a mouthwatering upgrade in this easy recipe. Lemon juice combines with mint oil to add a brightness and fresh flavor that will excite your taste buds.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 to 4 thin lemon slices
  • 2 to 3 thin cucumber slices or ribbons*
  • Mint leaves
  • 12 ounces LaCroix Limoncello Sparkling Water, chilled
  • Mint for optional garnish
  • *I use an English cucumber.

Instructions
 

  • Place a few lemon and cucumber slices, together with mint at bottom of a large drinking glass. Muddle by gently twisting ~20 seconds to release essential oils and juices.
  • Pour chilled Limoncello on top and add optional ice. Garnish with additional mint, sliced lemon and cucumbers.
