Adding fruit to sparkling water infuses your glass with extra flavor and gives you a double dose of hydration.

This recipe calls for cucumber, kiwi and lime, three tasty produce picks that are rich in water as well as nutrition. I also love that they add a pop of color to your cup. This drink is perfect to sip on a warm summer day, after a grueling workout, for an elegant spring party, or simply when you want a new way to quench your thirst. You can also choose to make a great big batch in a pitcher to serve for a group or stash in your fridge.
