Single-Serve Pear Cobbler
It’s PEARfection! This cozy pear cobbler is everything you love about pie, minus the hassle! Think gooey, sweet filling that’s bursting with cozy nostalgia… that’s what this is! Plus, it makes a single serving super fast in the microwave—perfect for when that dessert craving hits!

I love that you can easily make one serving at a time… in the microwave… in a matter of minutes. (These 18-ounce Furmaware Porcelain Ramekins are perfect for this recipe and other single-serve desserts.) And feel free to swap in an apple if that’s what you have on hand. I sometimes like to toss in toasty pecans for extra crunch and nutty flavor. And I don’t need to tell you… a squirt of whipped cream seems to make everything better.
If you love a good single-serve dessert, I highly recommend trying out my Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake for a chocolaty fix, or my Microwave Apple Pie for another fruity favorite! They are quick, satisfying, and downright delicious.

This easy pear cobbler is perfect for a quick snack, a sweet treat after dinner, or even when you’re hosting and want to wow your guests with cute individual servings without spending hours in the kitchen.
You + this cobbler = the perfect pear.

Instructions
- Add pear pieces to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, along with the cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
