This fruity mojito is the perfect warm-weather cocktail, although you can enjoy it year-round using frozen raspberries. I personally love it with the added dash of sugar, but you can certainly omit it for a tarter (no-added-sugar) bevvy. It’s flavorful and festive.

This recipe makes 1 serving
- • ½ cup fresh raspberries
- • 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
- • 1 ounce lime juice
- • 1 to 1½ teaspoon sugar
- • 1½ ounces light rum
- • ½ cup ice cubes, crushed
- • ½ cup flavored seltzer
Muddle the raspberries, mint, lime juice, and sugar in the bottom of the glass. Add the rum and crushed ice and stir. Top with seltzer.
