Raspberry Mojito

This fruity mojito is the perfect warm-weather cocktail, although you can enjoy it year-round using frozen raspberries.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 to 1½ teaspoon sugar
  • ounces light rum
  • ½ cup ice cubes, crushed
  • ½ cup flavored seltzer

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the raspberries, mint, lime juice, and sugar in the bottom of the glass. Add the rum and crushed ice and stir. Top with seltzer.
