What can I say–I love the flavor of LaCroix Pamplemousse so much, I’m constantly looking for ways to sneak it into drinks, dishes, and yes…even salad dressings. You may be skeptical, but tasting is believing. This vinaigrette is creamy with just the right amount of tartness and sweetness. Lettuce dig in!

Pamplemousse Vinaigrette

You may look at this recipe and think I’ve completely lost my mind…sparkling flavored water in a salad dressing recipe??!!!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice, juice from ½ grapefruit
  • 2 tablespoons LaCroix Pamplemousse Sparkling Water
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Slice grapefruit in half and juice one side (you’ll end up with about 2 tablespoons). Mix all ingredients in bowl and whisk until combined.
